Our hop extract is produced through supercritical CO2 extraction, ensuring the preservation of delicate hop flavors and aromas. This advanced method results in a pure and potent extract that increases alpha acid utilization compared to hop pellets. Approximatly 35% Alpha utilization at 60 minute boil. Other benefits of our CO2 hop extract include a smaller storage footprint and increased shelf life. Additionally, it reduces the amount of trub, allowing you to sell or enjoy more beer.

Alpha and Beta Content: A 150-gram jar at 64.25% Alpha and 24.4% Beta, yields 96 grams alpha and 36.6 grams beta

Dissolve in hot water and add according to your brew schedule, or suspend the jar in the kettle during the boil.
